This Privacy Policy (“Policy) is incorporated into the Terms of Service (“Terms”), and applies to the information obtained by us through your use of all services (“Service”) provided by K&T Media Lab Co.,Ltd(“KNT”).

KNT values your privacy and your personal information. This Policy covers what information KNT collects from you, as well as why and what we may do with that information, and how we handle your information. Since we collect certain types of information from our users, we feel you should fully understand our Policy. The Policy discloses what information we collect from you and how we may use that information. Please be familiar with the Policy and contact us if you have any questions.

Our Policy applies to all of the Services offered by KNT and its affiliates. It does not apply to services offered by other companies or individuals, including services that may be displayed to you in our Site.

Information we collect

KNT collects your information to provide better services to all of our users. We collect two types of information:

1. Information you provide us through optional and voluntary submissions. For example, when you sign up for a TKDX Account, we will ask you for personal information such as your name, email address, gender, birthday, phone number, and location.

2. Information we get from your use of our Service. We may collect information about the Services that you use and how you use them. KNT gathers such information mainly to tally page views throughout our Site. This information allows us to better tailor our content to our readers' needs and to help our sponsors better understand the demographics of our users. When you use our Services or access any Content provided by KNT, we may automatically collect and store certain information. This may include:

b) device event information such as crashes

c) system activity

d) the date and time of your activity

e) cookies that may be used to identify your TKDX Account

How we use your information

We use the information we collect from you to provide, maintain, and improve all of our Services. We may use such information to develop new services and to protect KNT, its affiliates, and mainly our users. We also use the information to offer you better content. Our goal is to offer better services to fit our users' needs. This includes your voluntary submission of your email address to receive our electronic newsletters regarding software updates, upcoming events, and participation in our blog. However, note that KNT never shares the mailing lists with any third parties, including advertisers, sponsors, or partners. Also, when you contact KNT, we may store your communication to help solve any issues you may be facing and to resolve any future issues.

KNT may use personal information to send important notices such as changes to our Terms, conditions, and Policy. Also, if there is ever a price change to some of our Services such as TKDX, we may send out notices via email. KNT may send out emails regarding sweepstakes, promotions, and other events so that you can participate.

KNT uses any information voluntarily given by our users to enhance their experience in our Service and to prepare for better future Content based on the interested of our users. We use information collected from cookies or pixel tags to improve your experience using our Service and the overall quality of our Service. We may use this information to determine which areas of the Site users like and dislike based on traffic to those areas. We do not track what individual users read, but rather how well each page performs.

KNT values users' privacy and does not share personal information given by users with third parties, advertisers, sponsors, or any other companies unless one of the following applies:

KNT may share information with its affiliates or subsidiaries in order to better understand customer behavior and improve our Services overall.

Securing your information

We constantly put in effort to protect KNT and our users from unauthorized access that may include disclosure or harm of information we hold. We encrypt many of our Services using Secure Sockets Layer (SSL). We also offer you to verify via email when you open up a TKDX Account with us. We also require the employees of KNT and its affiliates (“Members”) to consent to strict confidentiality obligations when handling your personal information.

Opt-out policy

We give our users options whenever and wherever necessary and practical.

1. When you create a TKDX Account with us, you may opt out of giving information such as gender, location, and mobile phone number.

2. You may refuse cookies by turning them off in your browser. You do not need to have cookies turned on to access the Site; however, you may need cookies to participate actively on certain areas of the Site.

Updating our Policy

We will maintain our commitment to respect your privacy, and we may update this Policy to keep up with the changes in the Services provided by KNT. We recommend you check back to our Policy periodically to be informed. When we post any revisions, we will include their effective date. The revised Policy will be available as a hypertext link on our Site at all times.

When required by law, we will ask you to agree with such changes; however, in other cases, please note that your continuation of using any Service provided KNT means that you agree with the new Policy. If you do not consent to any changes in the Policy and no longer want to share your information, you will need to close your account and stop your use of all Services provided by KNT before the new Policy becomes effective.
